JMK Pro is the training platform for OTIMFitness — a UK-based functional fitness gym run by Mark Nel. We combine functional training, boxing, and endurance work into structured 55-minute sessions that challenge every aspect of your fitness.

With a strict cap of 15 members per class, every session is coached, personalised, and intentional. Whether you are starting your fitness journey or pushing for competition-level performance, our programming scales to meet you exactly where you are.
